Brasserie Max's Sake Martini – Recipe
For something a little unexpected, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.
Sake Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
